Is there a dog in the property?

Dogs must removed from the property for the duration of the inspection.

I confirm that access arrangements have been confirmed with the vendor for the agreed date and time of inspection.

The surveyor will wait at the property for up to 20 minutes in the case of lateness. In the event that the surveyor cannot access the property, the inspection will need to be rebooked subject to an administration fee.
